Once we have received your booking, you will receive a payment link on SumUp at the contact details you have provided, so that you can complete the transaction by credit card or prepaid card. As soon as the transaction has been completed, I will send you a receipt for payment and confirmation of your booking. During the booking process, your card details will be requested for the sole purpose of verifying their validity, but payment will only be made via the link that will be sent to you.

On the morning of your arrival, I will send you a welcome message or email to the contact details you provided, with the Marcus Suite rules and the codes to enter after 3 p.m. independently, in case I am not at home when you arrive. Check-in: From 3 p.m. onwards. Check-out: By 10 a.m.

Cancellation of the booking is free of charge up to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, while the full amount is payable within 14 days prior to arrival.

As required by the regulations of the municipality of Cagliari, a tourist tax will be applied:
From January to June, €2.00 per day per person for a maximum of 5 days.
July, August, September: €3.00 per day per person for a maximum of 5 days.
October to December: €2.00 per day per person for a maximum of 5 days.
The tourist tax must be paid in cash at the property and a receipt will be issued.

Breakfast type: Continental/Italian
During the period from 1 April to 31 October inclusive, breakfast will be served exclusively at the partner bar just 200 metres from Marcus Suite at the following times: (Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 12:00). Inside the suite, you will find tickets and menus included in the breakfast.
From 1 November to 31 March, depending on availability and requirements, breakfast can also be served in the suite at the following times (Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 09:30) or at the partner bar just 200 metres from Marcus Suite at the following times: (Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 12:00).

Room cleaning will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Region of Sardinia, which you will find inside the rooms. To allow for cleaning, rooms must be vacated by 10:00.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Animals are not allowed. Unauthorised and unregistered persons are not allowed to enter. Parties are not allowed. Before using the minibar or kettle, please read the regulations in your room.
