Once I have received your booking, I will send you the booking document, immediately afterwards you will receive a SumUp link from me to make the payment by credit card or rechargeable card, as soon as the transaction has taken place I will send you the payment receipt and related confirmation.
On the morning of your arrival I will communicate to you all the useful information to be able to freely access the structure, the check-in/check-out times, the access codes to enter the building, the house and your Suite, the cleaning times if you like, breakfast time, how to use the electronic cards to enter and exit the structure. Finally, the regulation where the activities not permitted in the Structure will be specified.
Cancellation of the reservation is free within 15 days prior to the arrival date, while the full amount must be paid within 14 days prior to arrival.
Useful things to know:
As required by the Regulation of the municipality of Cagliari, the tourist tax will be applied equal to:
€1.50 per day per person for a maximum of 5 days.
It must be paid in the structure and in cash and a specific receipt will be issued.
Check-in: From 3pm onwards it is free. Check-out: By 10:00.
Breakfast type: Continental / Italian
In the period of time from (01 April to 31 October included) breakfasts will be served at the partner bar just 200 meters from the Marcus Suite at the following time:
(Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00).
(Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00)
From 01 November to 31 March, breakfasts will also be served in the facility at the following times:
At the Bar: (Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00)
(Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00).
In Structure: (Monday to Sunday from 08.30 to 09.30).
You will find tickets and information for breakfast inside the suite.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility. Animals are not allowed.
Entry is not permitted to unauthorized and registered persons. Organizing parties is not permitted.
Before using the Mini Bar or Kettle Service, review the regulations in the room.
Respect the house as if it were yours.
